Thank you to all of the donors, sponsors, and attendees who made the 2012 Dean's Dinner a success!

Rethinking law practice in an age of economic, technological, and global uncertainty

Over 200 alumni, trustees, faculty and friends joined Hamline Law Dean Donald Lewis at the eighth annual Dean's Dinner held Nov. 15, 2012 at the new Anderson Center on Hamline University's Saint Paul campus. The event served as a celebration of the accomplishments of the law school.

Harvard Law Professor David B. Wilkins served as the keynote speaker, addressing the notion of rethinking law practice in an age of economic, technological and global uncertainty. Professor Wilkins, who serves as Director of Harvard’s Program on the Legal Profession (PLP), teaches and writes extensively on private law practice, and his work focuses on empirical studies of the legal profession designed to expand and deepen the overall understanding of lawyers and their careers.
