The Hamline Law Review presents a symposium to address relevant and timely topics of interest for in-house counsel. We believe in supporting this segment of the Minnesota Bar by offering an opportunity to foster communication, dialogue, and interactions within the community and the future of the profession being educated here at Hamline. The topics being presented upon include:
1) Meeting the needs of in-house counsel: what in-house counsel is looking for and what firms, both large and small, have to offer;
2) How in-house counsel approach the Affordable Care Act: employee retention, work-week structuring, and Pay versus Play;
3) Conflict avoidance: scenarios in-house counsel must appreciate and understand; and
4) Social media accounts: Who owns them? What workplace policies should be implemented?
CLE credits will be applied for.
Should anyone have interest in participation or to offer an article for submission in the Hamline Law Review Symposium Edition of Volume 37, please contact us immediately by phone or e-mail.
