Seminar Description:
The Minnesota Loan Repayment Assistance Program
(LRAP) makes it easier for attorneys to work in public interest law by
providing debt relief for student loans. Recently, federal loan
repayment and forgiveness programs were created, adding to the help
available to manage education debt.
This seminar will introduce you to the various loan
repayment and forgiveness programs available for attorneys wishing to
practice public interest law. Trainers will also provide resources to
help you navigate through the maze of programs and eligibility
requirements. Following the seminar, law school financial aid staff
will be available to talk with individual attendees and answer
questions.
