Gray Plant Mooty and Hamline Law Dean Donald M. Lewis welcome Hamline Law alumni, faculty, students, and friends to a reception to recognize our School of Law alumni practitioners in the fast-paced and exhilarating practice of intellectual property law on Thursday, April 11, 2013.
Intellectual property (IP) is a stimulating and challenging field -- one that has become even more exciting in light of rapid changes in biotechnology, computer law, and interactive multimedia.
With the support of the Hamline Law IP Advisory Committee, made up of alumni IP practitioners, Hamline Law’s IP focus area provides students with a well-rounded grounding in IP fundamentals, as well as upper-level offerings in areas of IP specialization, including copyright, trademark, and patent law. This focus area ultimately prepares students for rewarding careers in a broad variety of professional contexts.
