Katrina Pagonis is an associate at Hooper, Lundy & Bookman, PC in San Francisco, Calif. She is a member of the Hamline University School of Law adjunct faculty.
Pagonis’ practice focuses on the representation of health care providers in matters relating to health care reform, as well as regulatory compliance more generally. Her regulatory work covers issues in fraud and abuse, non-profit law, clinical trial agreements, privacy and licensure. In addition, she has appellate litigation experience.
Pagonis served as a full-time health law professor at Hamline Law prior to joining Hooper, Lundy & Bookman in 2012. Pagonis also was a judicial law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. She served as a fellow for the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center.
