Brett A. Perry currently practices with Messerli & Kramer in Minneapolis, specializing in real estate transactions.  He routinely represents buyers and sellers in transferring a wide variety of real property and holds a real estate property specialist certification by the Minnesota State Bar Association.  Mr. Perry is a member of the Hamline University School of Law adjunct faculty, teaching commercial real estate transactions.
