To Schedule An Appointment
You may make an appointment by calling 651-523-2470 during normal business hours Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00, 1st and 2nd Saturday 11:00-1:30 (academic year; non-vacation/holiday) or by email.

Due to the large number of appointment requests, appointments are limited to 30 minutes and our advisors will expect that you have reviewed any pertinent resources from our Document Library in Symplicity, and drafted, reviewed, and submitted drafts of any documents or plans you’d like reviewed, prior to the meeting so higher-level or clarifying questions and issues may be discussed in the limited time. Please select the most urgent item now, and submit separate appointment requests for remaining issues (or arrange for a follow-up appointment at the time of your first appointment). Remember, many issues such as resume and cover letter reviews and quick questions may be handled without an appointment via email to: cso@hamline.edu.
