Devan Padmanabhan currently practices as a partner in the IP department of Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis.  He focuses his practice on patent litigation and prosecution, counseling clients on the strength and weaknesses of patent position, especially concerning electronic and medical devices.  Mr. Padmanabhan is a member of the Hamline University School of Law adjunct faculty, teaching patent law and patent claims drafting.
