Eldon Spencer began his legal career on the 9^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, clerking for the Honorable Eugene Wright. Mr. Spencer currently is a partner at Leonard, O'Brien, Spencer, Gale & Sayre L.T.D., in Minneapolis.  He specializes in banking and consumer financial services law, emphasizing on real estate lending/brokerage and regulatory issues, as well as litigation in federal and state courts relating to these issues. Mr. Spencer joined the Hamline University School of Law adjunct faculty in 2002 and currently teaches courses in Consumer Transactions.
