Litigation and Trial Practice

Hamline's fine litigation focus area prepares students to be excellent problem solvers in every sense, especially when coupled with the school's nationally-ranked alternative dispute resolution (ADR) program. Active judicial management of litigated cases and the integration of ADR procedures have changed the way modern society addresses conflict. This focus area balances traditional classroom experiences with simulations, externships, and clinic opportunities, giving students an in-depth understanding of conflict resolution both in theory and in practice.
