Kimberly Lowe is a shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron in Minneapolis, practicing in the areas of the corporate finance, securities, and mergers & acquisitions, cooperatives and non-profit organizations. She routinely provides legal advice in mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and securities compliance. As a member of Hamline Law's adjunct faculty since 2004, Ms. Lowe co-teaches the small Business/non-profit clinic with Paul Jones.
