Lindsay Davis is an attorney in private practice in Saint Paul. She specializes in criminal expungements and health care employment licensing cases.


Davis regularly advises clients, the bar, and community organizations about criminal expungements and DHS licensing laws.


Prior to opening her own practice, Davis was a staff attorney in the government benefits unit at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., where she specialized in government entitlement cases and reentry issues.


She co-teaches the Health Law Clinic with Susan Schaffer.
