Michael P. Sampson currently practices with Lindquist & Vennum in Minneapolis, focusing his practice on estates, wills and trusts with an emphasis on business and tax planning.  His practice extends to the representation of fiduciaries and beneficiaries before probate courts, along with substantial dedication to pro bono work in both taxation and estate matters.  Mr. Sampson is a member of the Hamline University School of Law adjunct faculty, teaching wills and trusts.
