Professor Jon M. Garon was a panelist at the "IP and Communications Norms in the Internet Age," Second Annual Conference on Innovation and Communication Law, at the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law (August 2009). Professor Garon also prepared a law review article for the conference symposium: Jon M. Garon, Content, Control and the Socially Networked Film, 47 Brandeis L.J. __ (2010) (forthcoming).

Professor David Larson has written an article titled "Artificial Intelligence: Robots, Avatars, and the Demise of the Human Mediator," that has been accepted for publication in Volume 25, Issue 1 of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution.
