Vegan and vegetarian options are available for meals. Please let us know if you need somewhere to stay, other than a hotel. Our members and friends have room available in their homes. We will make every effort to find somewhere for you to stay for the duration of the conference. If you need help finding a hotel, we will be happy to make recommendations, but reservations are up to you.
FEES: Fees are on a sliding scale, please provide what you feel you can afford. We are honored to accept whatever, but our main goal is to have as many people in attendance as possible. No one will be turned away who wants to attend.
