The labor and employment law focus area provides the necessary framework of classroom knowledge coupled with practical experience for students interested in this fast-changing specialty. Whether interested in representing labor unions, management, or individual employees, this focus area gives students the essential tools to appreciate and address complex labor and employment matters, from negotiating collective bargaining agreements to litigating employment discrimination matters to arbitrating sophisticated labor conflicts.
