Property Law Focus Area

All of us own property, and the rights and obligations surrounding property ownership affect our daily lives. Hamline's property law focus area encompasses the courses, both theoretical and practical, that bear on the ownership of personal and real property. For the student who wants to counsel individual families on wills and trusts matters or perhaps represent a major business client on the acquisition of commercial real estate, this program will give students the tools they need.
