Why a career in law?
I chose law school so I can better understand how a proper legal system functions because I am aware of the issues that arise when a legal system is defective and inefficient.
Why Hamline?
I chose Hamline for many reasons but the two most important are (1) Its renowned Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute and (2) the welcoming and friendly environment.
Describe the Hamline culture: At Hamline there is a sense of community where faculty and administrative staff are supportive of the students. In addition, the curriculum offers a variety of courses which help prepare you for the rigorous practice of law
What law student organizations you are involved with at HUSL?

Goals after law school:
My goal after law school is to practice family law in particular prosecuting child abuse and neglect cases.

Animal Farm
Favorite Twin Cities activity:
I love the Minnesota State Fair. Though it only comes once a year, it is one activity I look forward to.
How do you stay in shape?
Physically, I stay in shape by eating healthy and working out. Mentally, I stay in shape by doing non-law school activities.
What's playing on your MP3 player now?
I don't have an MP3 player but the CD in my car is a Caribbean Reggae Mix.
One thing you wish you had known before starting law school:
I like surprises so there is nothing that I wish I would have know before starting law school.
How will you improve the world when you're a lawyer?
Taking on each case one human being at a time and appreciating the reward of making a difference in an individual's life, no matter how small.
