Kimberly Lowe is a shareholder at Fredrikson & Byron in Minneapolis, practicing in the areas of the Corporate Finance, Securities, and Mergers & Acquisitions, Cooperatives and Nonprofit organizations.  She routinely provides legal advice in mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and securities compliance.  As a member of the Hamline University School of Law faculty since 2004, Ms. Lowe co-teaches the Small Business/Non-Profit Clinic with Paul Jones.
