Celeste Culberth began her legal career as a clerk for the Third Judicial District in the State of Minnesota. She then worked as an associate for the business civil litigation firm of Kelly & Berens, P.A. In 2002, she became a founding partner of Culberth & Lienemann LLP, focusing her practice on employment litigation, civil rights, employment counseling and mediation.  In addition, she was named a "Super Lawyer" in employment law by Minnesota Law and Politics magazine.  Ms. Culberth has been an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law since 2005 and currently teaches Sexual Orientation Law.
