Gregory Brooker currently serves as assistant U.S. attorney for the District of Minnesota, chief of the civil division.  Mr. Brooker is also on the board of directors for the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, and is a member of the governing council for the American Bar Association's Government and Public Sector Lawyers Division. As an adjunct professor for the Hamline University School of Law since 2001, Mr. Brooker teaches Remedies and other seminars.
