Mark Geier currently serves as general counsel, specializing in taxation, corporate and commercial law.  He previously worked as a certified management accountant and certified public accountant.  Mr. Geier has been an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law since 1995, teaching Accounting for Lawyers.
