As senior counsel for Wells Fargo and Company legal department, Gordon Gendler routinely provides advice regarding lease financing, negotiations, Uniform Commercial Code, and debtor-creditor relations.  Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2005, he practiced at Dorsey and Whitney LLP.  Mr. Gendler has more than fifteen years of experience as an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law.  He currently teaches commercial law courses in Sales and Leasing of Goods.
