Paul Jones is in private practice with Fredrikson & Byron in its corporate and commercial group, specializing his practice in corporate mergers and acquisitions.  He is a frequent contributor to publications and is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association.  Jones is a member of the Hamline University School of Law adjunct faculty, co-teaching Small Business and Non-Profit Clinic with Kimberly Lowe.
