Lindsay Davis is a staff attorney at the Saint Paul office of Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, Inc., where she focuses on re-entry issues and government entitlement programs. She is a board member of the Ramsey County Volunteers in Corrections program and trains inmates, social workers, and other attorneys about criminal expungements and human services direct care disqualifications.   Lindsay Davis recently wrote an article in the William Mitchell College of Law Journal of Law and Practice.  Her article is entitled "An Amicus Perspective on Recent Minnesota Criminal Expungement."  The article can be found at: http://lawandpractice.wordpress.com/2009/02/06/105/.  She moderated a panel entitled Appealing the Revocation of a Day Care License at the Hamline Law Alumni/SMRLS Spring CLE on March 12, 2009.  She was a presenter at the panel discussion: Justice Barriers to Economic Self-Sufficiency and Job Opportunities and the impact of Welfare Reform at the Hamline Journal of Law and Policy/SMRLS Spring 2009 Symposium: Barriers to Justice: Responding to the Needs of America's Low-Income Population on March 13, 2009.  She is co-authoring an article with Jon Geffen on Department of Human Services disqualifications for the fall issue of the Hamline Journal of Law and Policy.  She co-teaches the Health Law Clinic with Susan Schaffer.
