Paul Merwin currently serves as the Senior Land Use Attorney for the League of Minnesota Cities in St. Paul, specializing in land use and environmental law. Mr. Merwin has been an adjunct professor at Hamline University School of Law since 2005, teaching classes in Environmental Law & Ecology.
