Below is an outline of requirements for satisfactory completion of the Practicum Program:
- Ethics Paper
- Goals & Objectives Paper
- Time cards/114 hours
- Mid-semester Evaluation (due PRIOR to mid-semester interview)
- Mid-semester Interview
- Work Product (Total work product must be 10 pages and should be submitted as it is completed. All work product is due prior to the exit interview)
- Journal (due PRIOR to mid-semester & exit interviews)
- Final Evaluation (due PRIOR to exit interview)
- Exit interview
