Room Reservation Request

Please check room availability before submitting your request.

Include time for set up and clean up in your room request. If necessary, contact Hamline University Catering and/or Media Services to ascertain how much additional time they require.

Student Organizations must use this form to obtain permission from the Assistant Dean for Student and Multicultural Affairs before scheduling events other than regular meetings.

The Office of the Registrar may only reserve public spaces and rooms in the Law School and EH 221. To request a room in another part of the University contact Classroom & Event Management.
